FITMENT LOCATIONS

When measuring fitment for Fowl Tech products, there are 3 main locations you will need to ensure fitment:

HANDLEBAR DIAMETER

• Current Configurations: 7/8” OD / 1” OD (email us if you need any custom sizes)

• When measuring the handlebar diameter, you want to ensure you measure the exact location your throttle will mount (directly behind the grip):

CLAMP HANDLE DIAMETER

• Current Configurations: 1-1/2” OD (email us if you need any custom sizes)

• When measuring fitment for the clamp, you will want to measure the diameter of the tubing where the clamp will be placed:

THROTTLE CABLE END

• The GTR and MudBuddy / Universal models are design for Barrel End Throttle Cables only

• The Go Devil model is design for the “cross” Throttle Cable End only (paddle throttles)

THROTTLE CABLE THROW / RANGE OF MOTION

• Current Configurations: 1-1/16” Throw (std big block EFI)

• When measuring the throttle cable throw, you want to measure the difference between resting (idle) position, and full throttle position. The Fowl Tech Cruise was designed based on stock EFI Throttle Bodies for Big Blocks (1-1/16” throw). This measurement can be taken at the throttle body, or the existing throttle hand directly at the cable:
