1 - Remove existing throttle handle

2 - Place the Top Handle Bracket (Item 1) onto the handle bar (Add extra Foam to Handlebar for improved stability)

3 - Place the Bottom Handle Bracket (Item 2) onto the handle bar, and align bolt holes

4 - Lightly thread the Handle Bracket to the handlebar with the provided bolts (will tighten later)

5 - Insert the throttle cable into the Handle Bracket

6 - Insert the Throttle Lever onto barrel end of Throttle Cable, then rotate into resting position among pivot axis

7 - Place the Pivot Pin (Item 5) through the pivot axis of Handle Bracket and Throttle, then secure with snap ring (Item 6)

8 - Rotate the Throttle to a comfortable operating height, then thread the Handle Bracket bolts (Item 3) snugly (hand tight) to secure the operation of the Throttle (Do not over tighten as the design allows for “break away” movement to prevent damages)

9 - With the throttle in the resting (idle) position and the motor running at idle, adjust the throttle cable length at the throttle body side (underneath air intake) to remove all slack in idle RPM
